  We are here, busy helping customers. Sometimes I don’t see postings on the Cow as soon as I’d like, especially in this case.

  Your field support for Cache-A products is invaluable and I want to do everything possible to keep you happy. As I noted in my personal email to you, I now grovel in public and beg your forgiveness.
