  How to First Play on a Panasonic DMR-30 DVD Recorder

  I have a Panasonic DMR-30 DVD Recorder I want to be able to have the discs play when inserted to any DVD player ( Auto Play ) Does anyone know how to do this ? I called Panasonic Tech Support and they told me just don’t type in a title and finalize the disc. That did not work. there is still a menu that automatically shows the time and date.
  Is this possible to do with this unit ?
