  Importing psd problem

  I’m color grading a video and I do it in Photoshop. But when I continue with the plan and I import the psd file in After Effects I have a problem. The layers are not located in the same way they where in Photoshop. Actually they all go trhough the whole long of the footage! I know I’m not crazy because I’ve done it before, but I can’t remember how. Can anybody help me please?
