Night Water Flickering/Glows effects
Greetings
After Effect Newbie here!
I’ve looked around the web for an tutorial on how to create the effect of light’s reflection flickering/glowing on water surfaces but no avai.
This is the effect I looking for:

Basically I’m trying to recreate the background scene including the moving glowing light moving (vehicles)
Ive been trying to use lense flare/optical flare with wiggles/flicker control but they seem bit too bright or doesnt have this blur effect that water gives.any help is greatly appreciated!!
