  Unable to start the Server after modifying the iSCSI Install package in Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2003.

  I tried to modify the install package in Win 2003 server error message and I am getting error
  “iSCSI installation did not complete. Windows has been partially
  updated and may not work properly.” do not no how to continue.. if any one
  came across the same kind help me your highly appreciated.

  hello,

  To prevent this problem, restart the computer after you modify the
  Microsoft iSCSI Install package. To resolve this problem if you cannot
  start the computer, use Use the Last Known Good Configuration startup
  option.
