  Client gave me internal Barracuda Drive but I am working on a Mac

  I just received a client’s harddrive in the mail, and it turns out he sent me a Seagate Barracuda harddrive meant to be installed internally in a PC. Unfortunately, I am working with a Mac. He is convinced that there is still a way for me to access the files on the drive, but a couple of Google searches tell me I’d have to really mess with my computer, which I don’t want to do. Is there a safe way to convert a Barracuda for Mac?

  I assume you have a dock to mount the Seagate drive into, for your Mac

  if you don’t –

  next time, tell him to format the drive EX-FAT, and you will be able to read it instantly.
