CC Premiere with a license. Launches trial instead
My boss handed me a project and requires me to use Premiere CC. He already bought a license for the Premiere. On my end, I log in on my laptop using his creative cloud account details. In the APPS tab, the button said ‘try’ instead of ‘install’. I clicked try (hoping that it would syn acct info later on) and installed premiere and media encoder.
After all the installation and updates, it still says ‘start trial’ even though my boss already paid for a subscription.
In a nutshell, the premiere cc app launches as ‘start trial’ rather than a paid subscription. How do I get around this? All help is much appreciated.
