  Convert a .MP4 video of 9.35 MB into a .MPG of maximun 10 Mb

  Hello everyone,

  I´m having issues converting a video to another format, i´m exporting a small video of 9.35 MB in .MP4 format but the thing is that i need it in .AVI or .MPG i´m converting in with Media Encoder with the lowest Bitrate and in the estimated file size says about 5 MB but after it´s converted it´s of about 35 MB.

  My client requiere the video in .MPG or .AVI and a maximun of 10 MB could anyone help me telling me what can i do?

  I tried compressor also but it doesn´t work even online converters, but nothing works.

  Please post the export settings. How long is the video?
