AME Crashing “Adobe QT32 server not responding”
Hello Everyone,
I’m having a problem with AME crashing when sending sequences over from PP. Oftentimes it crashes when clicking the green GO button, but sometimes it doesn’t even get that far. In Activity Monitor I see the message “Adobe QT32 server not responding”. I’ve tried removing all my quicktime components, I’ve tried using different export settings and I’ve tried the renderer from OpenCL to Cuda to software. Crashes every time.Sequences render fine directly out of PP. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

In AME, try turning off the “Enable native Premiere Pro sequence loading” preference, then export again. Please let me know if that doesn’t work for you.

This helped me immensely. Dumped prefs and checked permissions on the preferences folder. Voila!
