    Hello all,

I would like to use this transition to wipe between two clips.

It has an alpha channel, and as you can kinda see, the burn is never totally opaque. I would like to try to use this to wipe between two clips… how would you guys do it?

My first approach was to simple fade the first clip to black as the transition wipes, then, in premiere, use a carefully timed additive dissolve to fade to the next clip. The results are decent I guess. I think it can be better.

    What would YOU do?

Try a dissolve the same length(or a just a few frames shorter) as the wipe and set the wipe to add.
