    Hi guys!

I have a strange situation here, and I hope here I’ll find the answer.

I’m trying to export 720×576 Video Codec: DV PAL, Quicktime. I have done this dozens of times before on previous spots, but now, after rendering, there’s no sound on my MOV file. This is a new spot, but I used the Quicktime Template with same settings that I used for previous spots.

Finally my files has sound, after restarting my pc, Purge ALL from After Effects…etc. I sent spots to TV…all good. T
    Today they told me this:

” The original files are Apple Quick Time DVCPRO and it would seem that
the audio data is multiplexed in with the video data. Obviously Rhozet
is unable to decode this so we end up with no audio.”

I’m wondering… and wondering, what’s the problem here?
I re-installed Quicktime 7. It’s the same mov file, with no sound.

I rendered the same spot at 720p with Quicktime – Animation codec, and the final MOV seems to be good.

So, I hope some experts here can help me with that.
Thanks in advance, and I hope I was very clear. If you need any screenshots, other details…please let me know.

    Cheers!

    Hi Dave,

    Sorry for the delay.
So, I am using AE Render Queue to export the video. After rendering my project, the mov file has no sound. I restart the PC, and render again. This time, the mov file has sound. I sent the file with the sound to TV guy, and he write me back that: “The original files are Apple Quick Time DVCPRO and it would seem that
the audio data is multiplexed in with the video data.”

I don’t know what to do in this case. I’ll try to re-install Adobe AE maybe. I’m searching to fix it.

    Thanks!
