    Hello,

    I’m trying to collect my compositions into one main composition … the audio and video files of the source compositions appear to be there in the new main composition … BUT … no sound when i play it and rener it … please, any ideas !!

    Check to make sure you have the speaker icon turned on.

    Also when you render make sure you have audio checked in the Lossless dialogue.

    the only other things I could think of is the volume of thelcomp being turned down OR
    that the comp layer has been set as a guidelayer.. in which case you wouldn’t see it in the comp it’s nested in anyway..

    In addition to what everyone else has suggested and asked, how are you trying to preview it? Like, what buttons are you pushing to initiate the preview?
    Also, what settings were you using to render it?
