  how to rotate a clip with Ken Burns effect ?

  I rotated a clip using transform. Now, I want to use the ken burns effect to go move from left to right horizontally but the effect only seems to move vertically – as if I didn’t rotate the clip initially.

  have you tried putting the rotated clip inside a compound clip and then applying the Ken Burns effect to the compound clip?

  Yes just right click on the combination of clips you want to use and select Compound clip from the options.
