  Custom masking and auto tracking as there is in DaVinci Resolve?

  What do you think the chances are that FCPX 4.?(or above) will some day have custom masking and auto tracking in Color Effects, as there is in DaVinci Resolve?

  Slim to none.

  There are 3rd party trackers (Track X) and shape and color masks available on almost any filter. There’s also a separate “Draw Mask” filter.
