  rendering tips (tuts)

  Does anyone know some tutorials about how ae renders, I mean what renders first, is better to have more masks or effects or more composition, etc…
  Coz 1 min of my movie rendered in 10-15sec and another minute in 1h(the mask are the problem I think but anyway I want to know more about this subject)
