  Multitrack AAC from Compressor?

  Is it possible have Compressor provide a multitrack web-compressed export from my FCP X Export?

  FCP X Exports are Multitrack, Apple ProRes 422

  Sometimes we’d like H264 compressed versions with multitrack because we can quickly cut other things wile being able to separate the tracks. Obviously using the ProRes version would be ideal.

  FCP X can export H264 files with multitrack, but it doesn’t give us the parameter control we need for certain web specs.
  Compressor has the parameter control, but doesn’t give me the ability to maintain the multitrack from the ProRes all the way through the H264/AAC file.

  Any ideas?
