  • Is it possible to track a video this way ?

I’m sorry if this isn’t the best forum to ask this but it seemed the most appropriate. Basically I want to be able to track something in after effects and make it a clicable video. Much like what this does : https://www.wirewax.com/ .
However, I’d like to 1 – Do it myself in after effects ( or any other application ) and 2 – Export the tracking data so that it can be used with other applications. Is this possible ?
    Thanks in advance,
    David

You can’t make any interactivity in After Effects. You may be able to make use of the tracking data from AE in Flash (where you would be doing the interactivity.

Here’s an example of what Michael is suggesting:

The tracking in this example was done in After Effects and then the results were used in Flash.
