  AE CS5 crashes on startup

  Hi
  I keep getting this crash report when I first open AE after I’ve installed it. Does anybody have ant idea what it means? I use a iMac, 2.4 GHx Core 2 Duo with 4 GB of RAM. I’ve installed AE on a white MacBook and it works perfectly fine.

  Update: If I create a new account and open AE from there, everything works. ???

  By account, I meant a different account on my Mac than the one I usually use.

  Could be a permissions issue perhaps as this is one of the folders within the AE package that holds plugins, if Ae can’t access it it will freak itself out and crash! Have you logged in using an account that does not have access permissions to that folder maybe?

  If I open a different account on my iMac, AE works perfectly.
