I’ve been logging a lot of footage and using keywords when i need to have something transcribed. If it’s transcribed, i add another keyword indicating that. I’ve made smart collections of what needs to be transcribed and sometimes when I get around to transcribing something and adding the “finished” keyword…..the clip doesn’t disappear from the smart collection but it stays with a length of all zeros. Why doesn’t it just disappear from the collection? Is this a small tweak I am missing?

I’m not exactly sure what you mean, a screen grab would help, but sometimes you have to click off and then back on of a smart collection so it “refreshes” the sort.

What are the smart collection search parameters you’re using for each?
