  AFTER EFFECTS- Problem with the basics (time indicator & wireframe)

  When I scroll with the time indicator, through out my project I don’t see the project moving, in real time or even in time at all. Also when I go to transform things It doesn’t show it moving until after I let go so when I rotate things and edit I’m Shooting in the dark. Any advice?

  Sounds like the Live Update switch has been turned off (turn it back on!):
