  FCPX Scopes

  Hello I joined in the hope I might be able to get some help.

  I have just upgraded my Mac to Yosemite 10.10.5 and FCPX to version 10.2.1. The problem I have found is that the scopes do not change, if I make an exposure adjustment, or color change or add an effect they remain the same. The footage visually changes but there is zero change on the scopes.

  I am at a loss to why the scopes don’t reflect the changes.

  You looking at the right scopes? There are scopes for both the event window and the viewer. Make sure you’ve got the viewer scopes open. (cmd+7)
