Clip From Premiere Pro to After Effects
Posted by Durwood Hibbard on February 23, 2011 at 8:46 pmI have a clip of footage in premiere Pro that is 45 seconds long.
I would like to take only that clip into after effects to do some motion tracking on it. I can not figure out how to take only that one clip and pull it into after effects to do this.

February 24, 2011 at 8:57 amHi there,
Right-click on the clip in the Premiere Pro Timeline and choose Dynamic Link > New After Effects Composition. This will create a comp with the clip in it. It will appear as a nested comp containing the source footage.
Hope this helps,
cheers,
Angie
