Two edit questions
I don’t seem to find anyway to do these two functions in X. Are they there?
1. A true replace edit using the playhead as a sync point. In most NLEs you would mark the timeline in/out and park the playhead on the sync point. In the source clip, you would have no marks and park the playhead on a corresponding sync point. Any way to do this in X? A typical example is to add a SFX to match a visual cue. Or when eye-matching a replacement shot.
2. Three-point edits where the out-point of the source matches the out-point of the timeline and the in-point of the source is left blank and is automatically determined by the in-point of the timeline.
