Animations in FCXPRO – bars and strange effect
Hello,
I produce movies with Motion 5 animations. I export animations from Motion, import to FCXPRO and try to export in current settings. Final in this part, when I’ve got animations I can see some bars and strange effect – I think it’s something with resolution. Then I convert with iSKYSoft to avi (for clients needs) and this effect is stronger. Can anyone advice me? -

That’s interlacing and perfectly normal for broadcast.
If you are to work progressive, you can choose to render out 25p movies from motion.
If you have interlaced footage and are working with interlaced footage, what you have there is normal.

can I change motion project to 25p? -
In the export settings you can turn field rendering off.
I’m not in front of motion, I can get a screengrab to you later.

Yes! Sorry about that.
When you go to export your movie (Share > Export Movie) you are presented with a dialog box.
There’s a “render” tab there and you should see an option for “Fields”. Make sure this is set to “Off”.
You can also set render quality to Best here as well.
