I was wondering if anyone could help.

I’ve rendered my project and added effect ect. Now I need to export my project and then reimport to continue adding effects over the top, I know a lot of people will be wondering why but there is a reason for this haha. How should I export this so that when I reimport it and export it again I won’t lose any quality?

    Many Thanks.

Yes you will be losing quality. Use a Compound Clip instead which does the same thing effectively but doesn’t cost a generation.

If you export using compressor you can choose a very high quality export, like ProRes4444.

Most likely ProResHQ422 is all you need.

I am not sure why you need to do this but I would try the compressor route. I do this if I have something I want to work on in AE or Color. But always before adding graphics.
