  How can I remove a flicker / strobing on my material?

  Hi Guys,

  I filmed some material on a Canon 5D (25/PAL/50Hz) camera in a Brazilian club which had 60Hz lighting. I did repeated tests and experimentation but to no avail and could not stop the flickering / strobing horizontal lines at the time. The clash of frequencies has caused the problem. I am using FCPX in the UK to edit the material and would like to know if there are any solutions please either within FCPX or with plug-ins?

  An update: there are quite a few parallel horizontal lines traveling down per frame creating the flickering. It is not one line or flicker per frame.
