  Identifying exact section of a clip

  Hi,
  Need some advice. I film a lot of sporting gamees and track the time that key action (ie goals in a soccer match) happen. The time is recorded as a time of day on my iPad.

  Is there an easy way in FCPX to find this action within the Event? The Events are tagged with the start time and the skimming head tells me how many minutes/sec through the event, but this is not ideal. I looked for options to have the skimming head show the time of day, but could not find any.

  Any advice?

  What camera? Does it have tc?

  In your Events window, if you sort in to list view, is there timecode?

  Look for “Start” and “End” values, does everything start at 00:00:00:00?
