    Dear friends,

[This post may better belong in another thread, however, since I am using fcpx I have put it here].

I’ve been asked to edit some videos of lectures.

The lectures, I have just realised, were filmed on two different cameras with two different frame rates (29.97fps and 30fps) and two different audio frequencies (48khz and 44.1khz).

I don’t know if this matters or not, but the codecs are different too: Camera 1 uses Linear PCM, XDCAM EX 1080i60 (35 Mb/s VBR), Camera 2: AAC, MPEG-4 Video.

At the moment, the clips are going hideously out of sync very quickly in fcpx. Is there a way to make them line up nicely?

Thank you very much for your help. Best regards,

    Jason.

I’m really stuck with this one, even where to begin… Any pointers any of you could provide would be most appreciated.
    Thank you.
    Jason.
