    Hi!

    moving audio edit points is very buggy for me. Try this please:

    1) Insert any clip with audio and video into timeline
    2) slice it with cmd-b
    3) select both resulting clips and expand audio with ctrl+s
    4) select audio edit with shift-
    5) move skimmer and extend audio edit shift-x
    6) repeat step 5 with random skimmer locations.

    Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s not an issue with media handles or such.

    I’m finding the results predictable. If you extend the length beyond the video, you can shift-x again to shorten it no problem. But once you’ve shortened the audio in any fashion, shift-x will only shorten. It will no longer lengthen. It appears random, but those are the rules it’s following. Looks like a bug to me.

    Why can’t we simply select the in and out side of an audio edit and roll it while we’re at it. Trimming in this app takes about 3 extra steps from 7.
