  The old OMF problem….

  So 10.03 took away some pretty nice functionality with audio ( that was free for a limited time from Automatic duck)

  But alas, their site confirms that 10.0.3 breaks the OMF support that helped folks get audio out of FCP X.

  The good news is that roles have been expanded, but now no way to get an OMF out of FCP X and into say, LOGIC or protools.

  Does anyone know of a script that will get OMF audio with handles out of FCP X.

  I guess when FCP X pushed Automatic duck so hard in the aryl days they were not counting on that company being sold to ADOBE and development to stop.

  Have you tried Xto7 and then export an OMF from there? It’s available now.

  I might try the X>7 approach. That might be interesting.
