  NTSC to PAL in FCP X

  I am new to editing, so be gentle… I am cutting a video shot on a GoPro HD shot in 1080p. The video will be cut to an mp3 music track and interspersed with mostly still photographs. As my client lives in the UK, I need to convert this to PAL (yes, I know we could have shot it in PAL). My question is should I go ahead and cut it it in NTSC with the music portion and then convert the whole thing to PAL? Does FCP X have a simple way of doing this? I know I can convert it, but I’m more concerned with the music track and staying in sync. Thanks to all of you to whom I learn so very much.
