  connecting aperture to FCPX through media browser

  was having trouble getting all my aperture albums to appear with photos in them

  think I figured it out

  you must have up to date preview files created by aperture and unstacked images for it to see the whole albums

  it appears if aperture hasn’t created the preview files then the images wont show up

  solution:
  select all images in aperture then right click and update previews

  as a side note, I got this preview thing to work in pages software first, go looking in there and fcpx appears and the event library for embedding videos into iwork software
