  Problem importing Canon XHA1 footage into FCPX

  FCPX is not recognizing my camera, when I try to import from camera it only calls up the computer’s webcam. I already went to signal setup and changed the PLAYBACK STD to HDV and HD DOWN-CONV to OFF.
  Help!

  You’re doing one step better than me. FCPX stopped recognizing my webcam. I didn’t notice it at first since it’s note something I’d import from. There’s an inscrutable bug here.
