  FCP X custom effect preset to help you create an old style movie effect with grain, glow, lines etc with a optional masked soft border effect.

  FCP X BG Out of the Archives

  A old movie effect means something different to everyone, so hopefully there’s enough parameters to adjust to your taste.

  – Mask feather, roundness, position and scale adjustments
  – Adjustable luminance flicker control
  – Vertical movement judder control
  – optional sepia glow effect to enhance to taste
  – ability to darken, blur edges
  – Grain to taste
  – Animating lines optional
  – Add stylised colour effect to shadows / midtones / highlights

  Extract to a folder of your choosing inside /user name / movies / motion templates / Effects
  (e.g extract to a new folder called “Custom Effects”)
