  Widescreen Mask Adjustment Layer

  Using a blank “text effect” as a basis for a adjustment layer. This “adjustment layer” works as a widescreen matte with various sizes that can be globally applied to everything that this effect is placed over in the timeline.

  Picture offset inside the mask shape as well.

  Extract to a folder of your choosing inside /user name / movies / motion templates / Titles
  (e.g extract to a new folder called “adjustment layers”)

  Because this is a “title” effect as such, you can find the parameters to adjust inside the title parameter in the inspector, and not the video tab.
