  Moving Final Cut Pro X & iMovie Videos to a Single Location

  I’m trying to consolidate all my videos into a single location on my hard drive, so I’m not wasting space with the same data. I currently have videos in three locations on my MacBook – all are in my Videos folder, some are in my iMovie ’11 Events folder and some are in my Final Cut Pro X Events folder.

  Can anyone help me re-reference all of these files (in both my events and projects) to my master video folder to a single file location, preferably my master videos folder (which is organized as I prefer)? I probably have about 100 videos and 15 projects across FCPX & iMovie ’11.
