    Hi All,

I have found this CamStudio pipeline into After Effects CS4 to be working great so far. If anyone has other useful tip please jump right in 🙂

    Step 1
The version I use is Camstudio is 2.0. (https://CamStudio.org)
    —* The codec was:
—* “CamStudio Lossless Codec v1.4” or “ffdshow Video Codec”.

    The setting are:
—* Set Key Frames Every: 120
    —* Capture Frames Every: 33
    —* Playback Rate: 30

    Step 2
Then to convert the video I use “FLV to AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 iPod” Converter it can be found here: (https://www.aone-soft.com//flv_to_avi_mpeg_wmv_3gp_mp4_ipod_converter.htm)

—* The version I use is “FLV to AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 iPod” Converter is 5.0.0526
    The settings are:
    —* Output Format: H264 – AVC MPEG-4 Format (*.mp4)
    —* Video Quality: Superb
—* Video Size: Keep Original Size

    Step 3
In After Effects CS4 I render out to:
—* Format: QuickTime Movie (I use the defalts)
—* Note: This will make a Large GB Sized file but this is how I keep the pixel quality perfect.

    Step 4
Next I use Adobe Media Encoder CS4
    * Format: FLV | F4V
    * Preset: FLV – Web Large, NTSC Source (Flash 8 and Higher)

    Step 5
Then to convert the video I use “FLV to AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 iPod” Converter
    —* Same settings

After all this I keep the pixel quality high and the file size down.

    Cheers
    -=Jesse=-
