  missing 3D extruder

  I have CS4 on my Mac Pro and was trying to apply the 3D Shape Extruder by Jerzy Drozda Jr, to some text. When I do the effect parameters appear but they don’t affect my text. On the top it says Missing:PS:3D Shape Extruder.
  What does this mean? Do do I fix this?

  I was going to as a last resort only because I was sure that other people had experiences “missing plug-ins”. I like to use these types of question to hear other people experiences and trouble shooting ideas and by creating a references for others with the same issue. Unfortunatly I have posted it twice and got no response So I will contact Jerzy Drozda Jr. I am suprise though that he didn’t respond because he is part of the cow community and that is where I got the plug-in.
