  particle effects in Cisco commercial?

  Has any of you watched this Cisco ad? I’ve tried to figure out, for a few hours, how the particles at the end of it are created and animated. They kind of float left to right with the copy appearing and then form into a braille-like pattern. How do you think it is done? Is there an easy way to do it?
