    My initial thoughts are:

    1. Create a new library named Stock Footage or use another name. I would close and open the library as needed.
    2. Create only one event and avoid using keywords.
    3. Assign role as stock footage under the video category.
    4. In notes, just a one or two word description of the action.
    5. Batch name like clips with the same content.

The reason I prefer one event and no keywords is to prevent any clutter.

    Any suggestions or ideas?

Tetris is my favorite video game unless tracks are involved.

I’d say: think about how you browse a stock footage library online and try to take guidance from that.

What is it about the way that the material is organised on those sites that makes it work for you and enables you to find what you want quickly?

Once you’ve answered that question it should be easier to come up with a good workflow.
