I have a project where I have quite a few comps. In the first comp, I have a screenshot that has quite a bit of movement and requires many keyframes. I need to duplicate these movements with about 15 other screenshots. I am making all of these screenshots individual pre-comps and then will put them together later. Is there a way to copy and paste these keyframes into other comps? Thanks in advance for the help.

Yes, you can copy and paste keyframes from one layer to another, even if the layers are in separate compositions.

If the animations that you’re copying and pasting are more complex, or if you think that you’d like to save them for later use, you can save them as animation presets.

Perhaps there will be something in the posts below that’ll give you some ideas … along the lines of making multiple copies of a comp (or entire project) instead of the risky and less reliable method of copy and paste.
