The Easter/passover week has made my task harder, and I’m desperate, and when you’re desperate, you go where the people are. I’m looking for a contact that can rent out ki store modules (the square black hard drive packs) for the KiPro by AJA. Preferably the large capacity ones.

For pickup or overnighted from Los Angeles, Saint Louis, or Chicago. Need ’em in (now less than) 48 hours for two days. Need a lead by COB today. I know that’s short notice, apologies.

    I have 3-250GBs and 1-500 GB.

    I’m in Chicago.

And how do we debate this? I say you’re not desperate enough.

Well the client picked about the worst time of year to book a shoot; thanks to NAB, Spring Break, Passover and Easter, it’s pretty tough to reach anybody who’s got the 500-gig size drive modules available. And yet I start shooting tomorrow afternoon.

    I don’t know if you missed it, but I have 3-250s and a 500.

I emailed you privately offlist, but maybe it didn’t go thru. At any rate, I was gonna need three of the big ones, and the client has, as clients are wont to do, suddenly changed tacks again, so, thanks, Jeremy, and I still owe you a SuprDawg when I’m up in that area again. But it’s over for now.
