  best way to output an HDV size/ratio comp to a smaller more internet friendly size?

  Im working on a project that uses footage filmed in HDV, that I would ideally want to export back in HDV, and also in a smaller more computer monitor friendly size to send to an instructor. Question is, working with a HDV sized comp, what would be a good way to shrink the size in AF so that it can be viewed correctly, and smaller, on a computer monitor in a quicktime format?
