I think I may add that as a feature request for “duration” in the timeline index, that way you could see any 1 or 2 frame edits in the list.

Good request, but I doubt that’s what happened here. In fact, I know what happened even though I had nothing to do with it. The source of that section is a cut feature or trailer, so it’s an existing cut that got missed (the clip was 1 frame too long or slipped one frame). The online editor/QC should have caught that.
Don’t ask me how I know… 😉

Reminds me of the days offlining from interlaced masters or worst, transcoded masters, on an Avid where all you could display was a field…
when onlining one had to catch not only frames but sometimes fields gone astray…

Bear in mind I’ve seen things go to AIR that said MEDIA OFFLINE…both the Avid version of that, and FCP. AIR! How many layers of QC did that stuff get through?
