  OT: selling my old mac pro in the UK. Any value ideas?

  Hi there,

  I am considering selling my early 2009 Mac pro now I’ve shifted to the dustbin. I was wondering if anyone UK based had an idea of the value of it. Specs are:

  2.26 Quad Core
  32 GB 1066 DDDR3
  SSD 250g boot drive
  4 x 2TB internal drives raided together
  ATI Radeon 5770 1024mb.

  Am hoping it is worth around a grand so I can buy an iMac for the family. Does that seem correct or overly optimistic?

  The best place to find out what stuff is actually selling for is to find your make and model on *Bay, then filter by Completed Listings. That will show you exactly what price they’re fetching.
