  Quality When Exporting to FLV

  When exporting to FLV I get some banding on a gradient and the movie is a little bit pixelated.

  I need the clip to be transparent and as small as possible but as high resolution as I can get. I have 2 questions

  (i) What should my flv settings be to get it looking really sharp

  (ii) I currently have two codec options for flv (sorrrenson spark and on2 vp6) can I get a better one like H.264 for flv?
