  24 fps to 30 fps (file size)

  Is it normal that when I transform a 24 fps footage to a 30 fps footage I endup with a bigger file (32mo vs 102mo).

  I’m not to sure of my rendering setup. I dont want to lose quality. I’m using Photo JPEG, (like the source footage).

  What camera records photo-jpeg?

  It is possible that you are re-encoding your video at a higher quality setting than it was originally encoded, which will increase file size.

  Also there are 6 more frames per second in 30fps footage… resulting in 25% more frames and an approximate 25% file size increase.
