  “import from camera” icon has disappeared in my fcpX

  Hi All!
  Large “import from camera” icon has disappeared in my fcpX (events window)
  Now its only “import media” icon. I don’t know why. The ICON was here some days ago and now is missing. I suppose fcpx log&transfer is not working, cause the icon is not here.
  Have tried repairing permissions, also deleting-reinstalling from App Store…nothing helps (
  Also googleing but no luck. its macbook pro 10.8.2 and the latest fcpX.

  Anys ideas?? thank you very much!!

  That’s just how it is now, a unified import window.

  Did you update to 10.0.6? If so, that’s what’s up. They caged everything to the same import window. Google Mark Spencer’s breakdown on FCP X 10.0.6. It’s a great overview of the changes.
