  TROUBLE WITH PLUGINS IN CS3

  I just upgraded from AE 7 to CS3 and am haveing trouble locating my “Red Giant” plug-ins
  there not all showing up in the Effects pull down, When I got to Applications>Adobe After Effects>plug-ins I see some but not all, Plus I just loaded Colorista for AE and I can’t find it anywhere.

  I really need to get to work, Help! please

  Make sure your plug-ins are installed to their respected directory e.g for CS3 they will be located in Program files>Adobe>After Effects CS3>Plug-ins. Move them to this directory then restart after effects or just click refresh in the preset panel and your problem is solved. Another way is to just reinstall your redgiant software package and it should automatically detect the CS3 plug-in directory!
