  Trouble with .mov formats in AE CS3

  I have downloaded two files from istockphoto.com and they are both .mov formats. I have had no problems with them until tonight. I have used them numerous times in the past and now it says that its the wrong format in both after effects and premiere. I upgraded my itunes and quicktime yesterday. Could that be the problem? Any help would be appreciated
